Tornadoes 'Finger of God'
This year has brought a specific kind of disaster. A commentator linked the earthquake in Christchurch to the tsunami in Japan to the recent devastation of the tornadoes in US Alabama. In each of them the result was houses and possessions left as timber matchsticks over a wide area, cars moved like toys and many lives lost. They were also measured as economic disasters. They all affected affluent western nations and the devastation might to make each person ponder, why them.
Or perhaps a more sobering question is 'why not me?' We are told that under the sun there is time and chance. We may be caught in an evil time
For man also knows not his time: as the fishes that are taken in an evil net, and as the birds that are caught in the snare; so are the sons of men snared in an evil time, when it falls suddenly upon them. (Ecclesiastes 9:12)
We may be rich in possessions but suddenly be made bereft of them. There is no insurance for the earth to fall 3 feet and the sea to claim your city. Many in the US could not afford full insurance. The people were not necessarily more evil than others. Christ taught this,
Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose ye that these Galilaeans were sinners above all the Galilaeans, because they suffered such things? I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. Or those eighteen, upon whom the tower in Siloam fell, and slew them, think ye that they were sinners above all men that dwelt in Jerusalem? I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. (Luke 13:2-5)
The Bible declares the life of every living thing is in God's hand (Job 12:10), and we remember with these events that God controls earthquake and stormy wind fulfils his word (Psa 14:8). We are told that this mighty power, the God of the Bible, destroyed Job's livelihood, house and children in one day. Then God gave a greater gift back.
The pattern of the events in Bible is that individual trial is played out on the international political stage. For example the trial in the personal lives of Jeremiah and Daniel, no less than Hannah and Esther were entwined with their nation and the world beyond.
Everything done by God has meaning
The meanings of the place names affected in the recent US and NZ tornadoes might indicate these places were chosen by God for these events for complex reasons. Individual trial is as important as national rebuke, as firstly they teach all the world that,
As he came forth of his mother's womb, naked shall he return to go as he came, and shall take nothing of his labour, which he may carry away in his hand. (Ecc. 5:15)
(Job) said, Naked came I out of my mother's womb, and naked shall I return thither: the LORD gave, and the LORD hath taken away; blessed be the name of the LORD. (Job 1:21)
But why these particular places with such tornadoes at the particular time? There is an interesting conjunction between events and the names of the places affected in America and events in Britain.

Dozens of tornadoes tore through the southern United States Wednesday afternoon and evening, reaping destruction and leaving at least 231 dead.

Pleasant Grove, a suburb of Birmingham, told the Associated Press. "They said the storm was in Tuscaloosa and it would be here in 15 minutes. And before I knew it, it was here."
"I don't know how anyone survived," Tuscaloosa Mayor Walter Maddox told CNN.
The Tuscaloosa tornado was estimated to be a mile wide and was classed an F5 on the Fujita scale of tornado intensity. The 'Finger of God' went from 'Black Warrior' to 'the farm of the frothy people (or the people of the prince's hand)'. In Hebrew frothy effervescence of wine is 'Yavan' which is what they called the Greeks. There is a strong connection between Greek culture and Western culture. But the Birmingham in Alabama is strikingly named after the Birmingham in Britain and there is a strong connection between the former royalty of Greece and Britain. Britain is most associated both with frothy beer and with the prince's hand (a prince who will give his hand in marriage to a commoner on the same day of the news of the tornadoes). Afghanistan is tribal, easily fitting the description of the 'Black Warrior', as is Libya where Britain and the USA are also now involved.
After the tornado while America was still assessing the damage, Osama Bin laden is killed in an American led operation deep in Pakistan in territory in an area once held by Britain in an operation codenamed 'Geronimo'
The fact that Bin Laden had been killed by US special forces was reported to President Barack Obama on Sunday with the words "Geronimo EKIA" - Enemy Killed In Action. BBC
There is a connection between 'black warrior' and 'the farm of the frothy people', as Osama was killed near Abbottabad Pakistan. Abbottabad was named after Major James Abbott who founded the town after British annexation of the Punjab in 1853.
It is remarkable that the names of two places most affected by the “finger of God” tornado speak so much of the centre of the combined English led 'Western' action in the world now. The finger of God is to affect all people from the tribal black warriors to the home farm noted for beer. And those on the home farm are rightly worried at the repercussions at home of the action relating to the 'black warrior', Osama Bin Laden, who was always seen in black with a gun.
Alabama is the state overall most affected, and its name means 'to camp' or more likely 'plant/weed gatherer' to make a black drink http://www.accessgenealogy.com/native/alabama/. (this state also introduced the Mardi Gras to the world). Both Britain and the USA have sought to gather nations to drink of their action against the tribal warriors of the Middle East.
That tornado was reported as very large.
Fifteen were also killed when a tornado -- possibly the largest in the state's history -- slammed into the college town of Tuscaloosa on Wednesday. The American state of Georgia was named after King George II of England. George is from Greek and means farmer literally 'earth worker' . The state of emergency was from red people, where 'red' speaks of 'humanity', to the earth worker of the Greek cultural influence. From paganism to the earthy Greek influence in western culture. In Hebrew 'earth' is related to the word for red. The names suggest a state of emergency to be declared in the earth, from one sort of red people to another (or as 'red' has a modern political meaning of communism/socialism, it is from communism/socialism to Greek based democracy, or all parts of the political spectrum). The devastation of the US 'finger of God' tornadoes was featured while the British Royal Wedding was the global focus on the Friday (29th April 2011). At the wedding 7 trumpets were blown heralding war (Rev. 11:15). On Sunday night (May 1) American-led forces killed Osama Bin Laden. Osama had links to the insurgents that the Coalition are fighting in Afghanistan. The Coalition includes Canada who had a remarkable election on Monday (May 2), due to being the first to be based on a vote that the governing party was in 'contempt of Parliament',
It was found to be in contempt of parliament because of its failure to disclose the full costs of anti-crime programmes, corporate tax cuts and plans to purchase stealth fighter jets from the US.www.bbc.co.uk
The vote returned, with a striking majority, the Conservative party and Stephen Harper.

Then on Tuesday (May 3) there was a deadly and spectacular tornado in New Zealand (www.bbc.co.uk). Zealand means 'sea and land'. On Wednesday (May 4) Mahmud Abbas of Fatah and Hamas leader Khaled Meshaal held a reconciliation ceremony in Cairo, Egypt.(SMH)
Egypt was, at the time of Empires, a base for British influence in the Middle East. That same evening Israel's PM Netanyahu meets British PM Cameron, where Cameron said,

But Cameron would not promise to reject Hamas. The British government is joined to the US and supports the establishment of a Palestinian state in Judea and Samaria. The tornado in Auckland formed in stormy weather in the Bay of Islands. This event might be unremarkable but in juxtaposition with the US tornadoes and political events, it may point to coming judgement on the nations of the Isles as Britain and the US are still associated with the Quartet on Middle East Peace (which includes Russia the Northern 'Gog'),

A tornado could form anywhere along a storm front, and hit any suburb, but this NZ one is called the Albany Tornado or the Auckland Tornado. Albany refers to Great Britain including Scotland,

The Clyde, a river in Scotland, was known as the global centre of British shipbuilding excellence, and was important due to trade with America. Why in US & NZ not Britain? It seems Britain is to be favoured for a moment due to their role in the nations, as God gave weather that shined on the Royal wedding. But that a tornado wind should go through Albany in Auckland in the far distant end of the British Commonwealth in a place named for the Clyde river suggests the prophecy of the judgement on the ships of trade, a global trade once led by Britain who was identified with Tarshish,

We hear 'Trump', and we associate it with 'Trumpet', which is the likely origin of the surname which was given to a Trumpeter or Drummer in the Army. The trumpet in the Bible speaks also of a call to war as Amos points out. Amos also says that when the trumpet of war is blown, Yahweh has done it. We are told that what is done is revealed to his servants.

The 800th anniversary of the Magna Carta was celebrated 15 June 2015. The initial agreement of 1215 didn't last long and the king fought the Barons over the unresloved issues. The document was revived in a modified form after October 1216, but it wasn't established until the 11 September 1217 when the document was first called the 'Magna Carta' to distinguish from the smaller 'charter of the forest'. Thus the real 800th aniversary is not until 11 September 2017.
There is a great sense that the British are about to sail on the winds of change, and cast off the European shackles which have reduced trade and it's competitive edge. There is a reason why it's 'now', as it is spoken of in the Bible.
