What is significant is that the sun went dark as night over the area of conflict between India and China. China began the conflict by moving up troops. In context only recently the sky went dark in the middle of the afternoon in Beijing before the CCP congress.
In the Bible the sun is a sign of the political power. The moon of religious power. Both are dark in this eclipse, leaving only a corona. This in the time of the corona virus, that came out of China.
It is quite clear that eclipses are to a great program, and there are many eclipses. Some may argue that they mean nothing at all. It may be argued that the Creator may know well before hand the macro-pattern of events, but knowing that China is not in latter day events and that we approach that day, we may consider the nature of the darkness and the understanding of darkness. The eclipse on the longest day, makes us think of the prophecy in Isaiah… let us consider, due to corona virus many are fleeing to their own land.
Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it. For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine. And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible. I will make a man more precious than fine gold; even a man than the golden wedge of Ophir. We do not support the making of statues, as the scriptures are clear about making images (for any purpose). The command is not to make any image- at all.
Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: (Exodus 20:4)
Due to the earthquake of the day of Judgement as in Isaiah 13 – and Zechariah 14 all statues must fall in the near future in any case. However the protesters and destroyers may not be delighted to know that just as they despise the statues, so the Creator despises the buildings and social media they think precious, and has already written that he will bring all those down.
For the day of the LORD of hosts shall be upon every one that is proud and lofty, and upon every one that is lifted up; and he shall be brought low: And upon all the cedars of Lebanon, that are high and lifted up, and upon all the oaks of Bashan, And upon all the high mountains, and upon all the hills that are lifted up, And upon every high tower, and upon every fenced wall, And upon all the ships of Tarshish, and upon all pleasant pictures. It is very interesting that the target here is a Catholic, noting that Catholicism has sought to be part of popular culture. And the attack on the heros of Catholicism goes deeper: all those confederate statues.
There is a connection between the Catholic Church and the Confederate struggle that is an inconvenient truth which revisionists have taken great effort write out of history.

All those bendding the knee in submission to – what BLM? Will they be happy to bow in such a way, in submission, to the King of Israel? The man named “Lord is Great” said-
Dominic Raab has said he will only take the knee for two people — the Queen and “the Mrs” when he proposed.
I’ve got to say on this taking the knee thing — which I don’t know, maybe it’s got a broader history but seems to be taken from Game of Thrones — it feels to me like a symbol of subjugation and subordination rather than one of liberation and emancipation. au.news.yahoo.com
Bowing on the knee is indeed a symbol of subjugation:

Those incensed against the God of Israel are those bowing for things they know not! To admit they are racists? What a 'take notice sign'!
Lest we think it only in the Old Testament, the Apostle Paul underlines it:
But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ. For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God. So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God. (Romans 14:10-12)
