Queen Boudicca's rebellion coins & Brexit

28th December 2020, hej

There is no co-incidence in matters of the plan of God. Just as Britain's leaders declare they have a deal with the EU in exiting - a treasure- a bird watcher in eastern England finds Roman coins that 'tell the story of a rebellion' from Rome.

On December Thursday 24 it was reported just as they are finalising the 'deal' with the EU that allows, from British accounts, free trade, that a man watching a buzzard fight a pair of magpies finds ancient gold in eastern England.dailymail.co.uk

A buzzard is a vulture; it looks for dead things to clean them up. To be a vulture is not considered a positive trait. To the British a magpie is risk-taking and acquisitive, seeing one of them is bad luck but seeing two of them is joy. Indeed Brexit has been a fight.

The bird watcher sees a glint of gold in the recently ploughed field and finds a hoard of about 1,300 gold coins, all dating to circa 40-50AD. They are Roman era Celtic coins “celebrating a rebellion” or likely part of the funds required for Boudicca's rebellion from the Romans. “It is possible that they may form a deposit as a 'war chest' for Boudicca's eastern campaigns.”

The coins date to about 40-50 CE, matching up well with the timeline of a local queen's revolt in eastern England in either 60 or 61 CE against the occupying Romans, according to Encyclopedia Britannica.

Queen Boudicca was married to Prasutagus, the ruler over the Iceni tribe in what is today Norfolk, about 190 km. from the London area. He died in 60 CE and, not having a male heir, left his assets to his two daughters – and to Nero, the Roman emperor at the time – in the hopes of ensuring his family's protection in the absence of a male figure to lead the family.

Prasutagus didn't succeed in guaranteeing them that protection, however. The Romans mercilessly seized the land, plundered it and rendered the family into disgrace. This exacerbated the already tense relationship between the occupying Romans and resident Britons.

Boudicca led a revolt through the area known historically as East Anglia. The rebels in her lead burned military outposts and various districts throughout eastern England, killing approximately 70,000 Romans and "pro-Roman Britons." She cleverly timed the insurgency to be when the provincial Roman governor Suetonius Paulinus was absent. According to Dio Cassius, whose historical account of the rebellion dates to the third century, "all this ruin was brought upon the Romans by a woman, a fact which in itself caused them the greatest shame," notes National Geographic. Paulinus eventually took control of the area, ending the rebellion. Boudicca allegedly died of either shock, illness or poison by her own hand.

The BBC reported in July 2019 of another collection of coins that had been found, and about Dr. Anna Booth, who examined the coins at the time, estimating that they might also be linked to the same revolt. jpost.com

The EU is in many forms a revived Roman Empire as EU law is based on Roman Law which is prescriptive. The British legal system is based in case law traditions. One of the great issues of Brexit was the role of the European courts. In the modern world once again Britain has fought Rome.

The significance of the timing of the publishing of the gold find referencing Boudicca's fight with the Romans with Brexit underlines the role of Britain. The Europhiles may expect that Britain will be allied with the EU, yet from prophecy of the merchants of Tarshish/Tyre we expect two things: firstly Britain will be 'harlot' where no single relationship is valued and secondly that they will be opposing an EU allied with Russia.

The Merchants of Tarshish were traders of Tyre that traded both with ancient Britain and India. Despite Rome occupying England, we have understood Britain as separate from the Roman iron image of Nebuchadnezzar. For five generations of my family it has been understood that Britain will not be with Europe at the battle of the last day, rather that Roman Europe will be with Byzantine Russia in the image that Nebuchadnezzar saw. All our lives we at Biblefocus have seen the small signs that pointed to Britain leaving its association with Europe, including the fact they never joined the EU currency.

We see 2016 as a year of miracle taking both the UK and US from the EU. Now the story of Boudicca's gold for fighting the Romans is dug up, when it is known that the Queen of Britain never favoured the European Union. We also note that Brexit, despite the irrational reaction to the Chinese virus, is increasing Britain’s 'treasure'. It was reported

Great Britain has retaken its position at the world’s fifth-largest economy, overtaking India. breitbart.com

We now have 61 trade deals worth £867bn - we've proved the naysayers wrong says Liz Truss.

A nation cannot have any special relationship, if they have relationships with everyone! 61 nations is a significant portion of the world, and that 61 doesn't include many nations still in process.

Speaking of the relationship with the EU

As an outward-looking global trading nation, we will now take back control of our laws, borders, money, and trade. Defying the doubters, we have signed a free trade agreement with zero tariffs and zero quotas. we can look forward to January 1, when the United Kingdom becomes a fully independent trading nation...Next year, we will push on towards gold standard agreements with great trading nations such as the United States, Australia and New Zealand express.co.uk

Last year we updated our report on the end of 70 years that would see Britain emerge as a 'harlot' (in terms of trade) Britain and 70 years of bondage

The gold has been dug up. A huge hoard. The Harlot's name in Celtic is Boudicca or Victoria in English (which needs no translation).

What is next?

And it shall come to pass after the end of seventy years, that the LORD will visit Tyre, and she shall turn to her hire, and shall commit fornication with all the kingdoms of the world upon the face of the earth. (Isaiah 23:17)
Sheba, and Dedan, and the merchants of Tarshish, with all the young lions thereof, shall say unto thee, Art thou come to take a spoil? hast thou gathered thy company to take a prey? to carry away silver and gold, to take away cattle and goods, to take a great spoil? (Ezekiel 38:13)
Surely the isles shall wait for me, and the ships of Tarshish first, to bring thy sons from far, their silver and their gold with them, unto the name of the LORD thy God, and to the Holy One of Israel, because he hath glorified thee. (Isa 60:9)
In his days shall the righteous flourish; and abundance of peace so long as the moon endureth. He shall have dominion also from sea to sea, and from the river unto the ends of the earth. The kings of Tarshish and of the isles shall bring presents: the kings of Sheba and Seba shall offer gifts. (Psalm 72:7-8,10)

In the pattern of the Queen of Sheba who came to Solomon.

And her merchandise and her hire shall be holiness to the LORD: it shall not be treasured nor laid up; for her merchandise shall be for them that dwell before the LORD, to eat sufficiently, and for durable clothing. (Isaiah 23:18)
